Who is A.R.C. Alliance Inc.

A.R.C. Alliance Inc. (Arts Recreation Community) purpose is to combat community deterioration, juvenile delinquency and neighborhood tensions in underprivileged communities and neighborhoods by providing opportunities for enrichment, creative expression and engagement with other cultures.  The arts, sports and education are used as a means to promote social welfare and foster healthy relationships.

Who is OLCC?

One Love Community Circle (OLCC) is a program of A.R.C. Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to help youth and adults build communication skills, self-esteem and cultural awareness.

OLCC aims to expand community views and intercultural opportunities through group drumming, music/movement and fitness. Through this framework of fun, musical engagement and experiential learning, participants’ attention is drawn to connections between their personal experiences in the drumming program and their relationships to the wider context of their lives:
self-responsibility; values; team work; cooperation; respect; resilience; expression and self- esteem.

Our Mission

Our Vision for the Future

One Love Community Circle desires to promote self-realization in youth and young adults through the creative arts that will translate into social revitalization locally, nationally and globally.

As a non-profit organization, we rely on grants, donations, sponsors and volunteers to continue our mission to improve community vitality by building self-confidence and cultural diversity.  It is for this reason that corporate sponsorships and individual donations are vital to the success of this organization.
