Who is OLCC?

One Love Community Circle (OLCC) is a program of A.R.C. Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to help youth and adults build communication skills, self-esteem and cultural awareness.

OLCC aims to expand community views and intercultural opportunities through group drumming, music/movement and fitness. Through this framework of fun, musical engagement and experiential learning, participants’ attention is drawn to connections between their personal experiences in the drumming program and their relationships to the wider context of their lives:
self-responsibility; values; team work; cooperation; respect; resilience; expression and self- esteem.
